Overview
Unnecessary and unproductive meetings waste significant time in the workplace. Yet we all rely on meetings to communicate and collaborate with our teams, coworkers, and clients regularly.
In this self-paced online course, you’ll learn how to plan, lead, and participate in meetings that are purposeful, efficient, and clinically relevant. Designed with the realities of speech pathology work in mind, the course explores how to run effective meetings with colleagues, multidisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders - while also strengthening your confidence as a meeting participant. You’ll develop practical skills to set clear objectives, facilitate balanced discussion, manage conflict constructively, and ensure meetings result in clear outcomes rather than added workload.
