This bundle, which equates to nearly 12 hours of training, includes nine courses:
1. Appropriate Workplace Behaviour
The Appropriate Workplace Behaviour course is a 1 hour and 20 minute training focused on fostering a fair and respectful workplace culture. It covers behaviours that undermine inclusivity, such as discrimination, harassment, and bullying, and explains their impacts. The course also guides participants on how to respond if they witness or experience inappropriate behaviour, highlighting workplace standards and addressing psychosocial hazards and trauma. Through four modules, it promotes a healthier, more productive work environment for all.
2. Core Inclusion
The Core Inclusion course is a 1 hour and 45 minute online course developed with Diversity Council Australia to help learners understand the principles of inclusion and how to apply them in the workplace. Split into four modules, it covers diversity and inclusion fundamentals, unconscious bias, core inclusion skills, and practical strategies for inclusive behaviour. Participants will explore key concepts like intersectionality, groupthink, and unconscious bias, and develop practical people skills to foster inclusive environments. The course draws on DCA’s research and offers actionable tools to help create fairer, more effective organisations.
3. Cultural Diversity
The Cultural Diversity course is a two hour training designed to help individuals understand and navigate cultural diversity in both professional and personal settings. It comprises five modules covering key topics such as cultural differences, cross-cultural communication, cultural adaptation, and demographic trends in Australia. Participants will gain practical skills and cultural knowledge, including how communication styles, time perception, and social behaviours vary across cultures. The course also explores migration patterns and the diversity of Australia’s population, including Indigenous Australians. By the end, learners will be equipped to recognise cultural influences on behaviour, overcome communication barriers, and support smoother cultural transitions.
4. Disability

Through four modules, the course explores the diversity of disabilities, the benefits of employing people with disability, and the importance of inclusive workplace adjustments. Participants will also learn about the gender pay gap, respectful workplace practices, and ways to support colleagues experiencing domestic abuse.
