Challenging conversations happens every day in every workplace, but owning and running a practice can mean you find yourself having difficult conversations on a regular basis – with clients, colleagues, and staff.

This session will equip you with skills to help you handle complex conversations and situations with confidence. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions during this session.
