- A speech pathologist’s work in a UK adult forensic mental health (high security) hospital, including common presentations of clients, how needs might be prioritised, assessed and treat, different service models, and multidisciplinary working
- Developing a speech pathology service in a UK young offender institute, including becoming the first secure service in the UK to gain accreditation through the National Autistic Society
- A speech pathologist’s work in a therapeutic community service for adults with intellectual disability who have offended
- Consideration of professional development needs and opportunities for speech pathologists in the fields of justice and forensic mental health, and for speech pathologists to provide to multidisciplinary colleagues
- A brief overview of Kim’s research into communication needs, and speech pathology practice, in the field of youth justice.
