In this self-paced module within the Leadership Lab series, you’ll learn how to talk to employees about their values and goals, identify gaps in your team’s skills, and training techniques for different types of employees. You’ll also review meeting and coaching methods to develop your employees.

- Apply practical strategies to support individual team members’ engagement, motivation, and wellbeing within diverse speech pathology work environments.
- Use coaching, feedback, and one-on-one conversations to support growth and performance while maintaining positive professional relationships.
- Recognise common team challenges and respond constructively using approaches that promote collaboration, trust, and shared responsibility.
- Reflect on your own role and influence within a team and identify actionable steps to contribute to a more sustainable, high-functioning workplace culture.
