Jess Francis is an occupational therapist, educator, and founder of The Training Club, where she supports allied health professionals to harness the power of technology and work smarter, not harder. With a deep understanding of clinical practice and a passion for innovation, Jess delivers practical, relatable training on how AI and emerging technologies can transform the way clinicians work, without losing the human touch.

She has trained hundreds of allied health professionals across Australia and internationally, with a focus on making AI accessible, ethical, and aligned with the realities of daily practice. Her work spans AI scribes, documentation workflows, practice management, and digital transformation in small to large teams.

Jess brings a grounded, clinician-first approach to her sessions, drawing on her own experience balancing client care, supervision, and leadership. She’s known for translating complex tech into actionable, jargon-free strategies allied health professionals can implement immediately.
